Where do you ship from?

We ship from London UK and Dallas, Texas USA

 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the USA, UK, CAN currently. 

What shipping options are available?

UK - Recorded first class $10

USA - International tracked OR Standard USA shipping $10

CAN - International tracked OR Standard Canada shipping $10

 

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are custom made, therefore we need time to finalize and ship your order. The units in this order will be dispatched in the week of the 15th April. Tracking details will be sent by email.

 

Will I receive tracking?

Yes! you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped

 

MY PACKAGE DIDN’T ARRIVE WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We’re sorry you haven’t received your package. Please check with your neighbors in case the item was misdelivered. 

If the item is not with your neighbors, please contact us at hello@thebohoflow.co with MISSING PACKAGE in the subject line.



REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS 

Do you offer refunds? 

No, we do not offer refunds but we are happy to offer exchanges provided your unit is  returned to us in the same condition, unopened, undamaged and unused.



What does in the same condition mean?

This simply means as you received the hair.

We can not exchange any locs that have been washed, cut, or installed. The ties in the hair have not been cut. We will not do any exchanges on locs that have been altered in any way. No exceptions.



What is your return/exchange policy?

While we do not offer refunds we are happy to offer exchanges within a 40 day window from your order date. 

 

How do I initiate an exchange?

Please email our customer support team at hello@thebohoflow.co  iwith the relevant order number in the subject line, letting us know the item that you’d like to return and the product you’d like to exchange it for. 

We will follow up with you in 24 hours with the exchange instructions.

 

Do I have to pay to ship the item back to you?

Yes, all customers need to cover the cost of their returned items and we will provide the return shipping address once you contact us via email at hello@thebohoflow.co 



How long does it take to exchange once you have received my order?

Once we receive your return tracking receipt, we will set up your exchange order and forward on tracking information once it is available.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

In the event of canceling your order; please email us at  hello@thebohoflow.co  - include the word CANCEL in your subject line along with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
